These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by Bolt Digital LLC, doing business as CrushMyScore (a Bolt Digital brand) (“CrushMyScore,” “we,” “us”). By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What This Website Is

This website provides information about our SAT and ACT test-preparation programs and lets you request a call. It is informational and promotional. Enrolling in the program is separate and is governed by a written program agreement you sign, which controls if there is any conflict with these Terms.

2. No Guarantee Except in a Signed Agreement

Any score improvement, guarantee, refund, or other commitment applies only as expressly written in a signed program agreement and is subject to its conditions (including attendance, completion of assigned work, and sitting the official exam within the stated window). Nothing on this website is itself a guarantee, a contract, or an offer that can be accepted by using the site. Statements on this site are marketing and are not promises of any particular result.

3. Educational Service, Not Test Administration

We provide tutoring and test-preparation instruction. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by the College Board (which owns the SAT), ACT, Inc. (which owns the ACT), or any college or university. We do not administer any exam or control any admissions decision.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Booking information you submit must be accurate.

5. Intellectual Property

The content, branding, curriculum descriptions, and materials on this site are owned by or licensed to Bolt Digital LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

6. Disclaimers
