Bolt Digital LLC, doing business as CrushMyScore (“CrushMyScore,” “we,” “us”), respects the intellectual property of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe any content on our website infringes a copyright you own or control, you may submit a notice as described below.

1. Notice of Infringement

To file a notice, send our Designated Agent (below) a written notice that includes:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (such as a URL) for us to locate it.
  4. Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email).
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

2. Counter-Notice

If you believe material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to our Designated Agent containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or Texas, if you are outside the United States).

3. Repeat Infringers

We may, in appropriate circumstances, remove content and terminate access for users who are repeat infringers.
